After three long months of working from home, NPU is back in the office and ready to help you with your events! With California moving into phase 2 of reopening, we can get back to work in our San Francisco headquarters and prepare to welcome our clients back. While we recognize that things aren’t completely back to normal, and that large events aren’t happening in the Bay Area right now, we’re perfectly ready and able to help you with your small events and gatherings – weddings, corporate meetings, dinner events, you name it. If it falls within the state’s social distancing guidelines, then we’re good to go.
We’d also like to assure all of our clients, new and old, that we’re actively working to make sure that our venues are ready to host events in a safe way. The safety of our clients and guests is our top priority, and we want you to feel comfortable hosting your event with Non Plus Ultra. Read on to learn more about our high level safety protocols.
Thoroughly Disinfected Venues
Our dedicated Facilities team has been working tirelessly to assure that our venues not only meet, but exceed, California state standards. Our daily protocols include disinfecting and sanitizing all high-touch areas to help our clients feel at ease when visiting our spaces. Rest assured knowing that your safety is our top priority, while we work to open our venues back up.
In an effort to keep us and the space around us clean, NPU has set up sanitation stations in several locations throughout each venue. They are located in all common areas and at each entrance. These sanitation stations have a thermometer, hand sanitizer, disposable masks, tissue, and disinfectant wipes.
As a part of our commitment to safety at our venues, all NPU staff are required to have face masks. In addition, we have disposable masks available in multiple locations throughout each venue. You may not be able to see our smiles under our masks, but trust us, they’re there!
Social Distancing Standard
In accordance with California state regulations, NPU requires all staff and guests to maintain a safe distance of six feet from each other. While this may seem like a challenge, NPU is perfectly suited to to accommodate with our massive spaces to make it work. Having a spacious ballroom in HQ makes social distancing very easy to do, even during our all-staff meetings!
We know times are tough right now, but we’re here to help in any way we can. Need a mask for your venue visit? We’ve got you covered – literally. Concerned about providing your guests a clean and safe environment? Trust us, if it can be cleaned, we’ve cleaned it. Need help setting up social distancing circles that are six feet apart? We have the space to make that happen and measuring tapes for good measure!
